Perishable Goods and Food Items
Due to the nature of our business (food, beverages, and perishable goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or if the original packaging has been opened, in strict compliance with health and safety regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, we are here to help!
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing hola@holi.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 52 824 9009 with clear photos of the product and your order number.
Once evaluated, we will proceed to send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
