🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are dispatched from our H O L I Storage in Al Quoz and handled by external couriers.

1. 🛍️ STORE PICKUP (Al Quoz) - FREE

  • Hours: Mon-Sat: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Sun: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

  • Important: Please DO NOT come to the store until you receive an email or WhatsApp confirming your order is "Ready for pickup".

  • Urgent Pickups (Careem/Yango): Want to send your own driver? WhatsApp us first (+971 52 824 9009) to avoid website shipping fees.

2. 📍 DUBAI DELIVERIES

  • Time: We aim for same-day delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the next day. Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

  • Rates: Distance-based. Please type your exact neighborhood so our system calculates the cheapest rate.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available ONLY in Dubai and must be requested via WhatsApp.

  • 🚨 COD Penalty: If you choose COD and reject the order or don't answer the door, you will be liable for a double shipping fee (driver's trip + return trip).

3. 🇦🇪 OTHER EMIRATES (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.)

  • Time: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Rate: 35 AED (for standard sized packages).

  • Payment: Online advance payment only. NO Cash on Delivery available for other Emirates.

4. 📦 HEAVY OR OVERSIZED ORDERS (All UAE)
Standard rates apply to items that fit on a motorcycle. If your order is bulky/heavy and requires a car or van, a different rate will apply. Our team will contact you to confirm the final shipping fee before dispatching.
